Sometimes it happens that it is necessary to send an SMS message, but the balance on the phone account does not allow you to do this. In this case, all that is needed is a computer and a valid internet connection. Using the Internet, you can send SMS to almost any number, regardless of the mobile operator to which it is attached.
Instructions
Step 1
If you know the operator serving the phone number of your addressee, find his official website on the Internet using search engines such as yandex.ru or google.com. Going to the home page, find the form for sending SMS on the site map, or use the search on the site to find it. Enter the number to which you want to send SMS in the recipient field, and enter the message text in the text field. Keep in mind that most operators have a limit on sending SMS of 160 characters in Latin and 60 characters in Cyrillic. You will also need to enter the characters from the verification picture into a special field. After that click on the "send" button.
Step 2
You can also use the services of one of the messengers - icq or mail.agent. Both of these programs support free SMS sending within the Russian Federation, as well as the CIS countries. In order to take advantage of this opportunity, download the installation module from the official website icq.com or mail.ru, respectively, register and enter the program using the login and password specified during registration. These programs allow you to send SMS without entering verification characters, but they have a character limit, as in the previous step, as well as a limit on the number of SMS sent per minute.
Step 3
Use specialized sites that provide SMS sending services. Use a search engine to find these sites and select the one with the most positive reviews. Select the operator that serves the number of your addressee, then enter the SMS text and symbols from the verification picture into the appropriate fields. This method is a fallback, since it does not provide such guarantees of sending a message as the previous two.
