Step 1
If you know which network the subscriber's number belongs to, use the submission page on this operator's website. Links to these pages of the largest mobile operators are under the article. Enter the subscriber code, message text. Copy the code from the test picture. Set the input (conversion to Latin) and delivery (time, date) settings. Click the "Submit" button.
Step 2
In the mail agent, open the "Add contact for calls and SMS" command. Enter all the necessary information, save the contact. Double click on the new contact, type in your message and click "Send".
