Step 1
Open the document in which you want to reduce the font.
Step 2
Select a section of text to reduce the font size.
Step 3
Press the key combination Ctrl + alt="Image" + Shift + <in Windows (this is for computers with the PC architecture), and for computers with the Mac architecture, press this key combination: YABL-Option-Shift <. Text containing fonts of different kegels will not consist of letters of the same size when this key combination is pressed. This method allows you to decrease the font size by one point, that is, changing the fonts of different sizes will be performed one step.
Step 4
Press the Ctrl + Shift + <keys on the keyboard in Windows (assuming the computer has a PC architecture), or YABL-Shift- <for a Mac computer. Using this method will allow you to reduce the font size in the following steps: 192, 168, 144, 120, 96, 72, 60, 48, 36, 24, 18, 14, 12, 10, 9 and 7. It will be impossible to make the font size less than 7: each subsequent press will cause the computer to beep.
