The command line allows the user to perform all the usual actions in the operating system without a mouse, using the keyboard and special commands. The command line console allows you not only to work with one keyboard, but also to perform a number of actions that are not available in normal mode.

Instructions
Step 1
Probably, many will find this surprising, but working in the console with the command line allows you to completely do without a mouse in almost all standard Windows applications. Many experienced users or system administrators have no idea how it is possible to do without the command line at all.
Step 2
If for some reason you need to call the command line, you can do this in several ways:
1. Press the key combination on the Win + R keyboard and enter cmd.exe in the window that appears
2. Enter the "Start" menu, select "Run" and enter cmd.exe
3. Enter the "Start" menu, then "All Programs" - "System Tools" - "Command Line".
