Step 1
Do not try to create new local drives in place of remote partitions. This procedure will overwrite hard disk sectors and lose important information. Download and install Acronis Disk Director or Partition Manager.

Run the ASD utility. Activate the manual mode of the program. To do this, select the appropriate item in the "View" menu. Find a graphical representation of the free space on your hard drive. Click on it with the right mouse button.

In the window that opens, select the "Recovery" item located in the "Advanced" menu. Re-enable the manual mode of continuing the utility operation. Click the Next button to go to the new menu.

Activate deep search. Most likely, recently deleted partitions will be found in any mode, but it's better not to risk it. After a while, the names of pre-existing partitions will appear in the "Available drives" list. Select the required volume and click the Next button.
Step 5
Wait until you return to the main menu of the program. Make sure the selected volume appears in the list of available local drives. Click the Run button located in the Operations submenu.
Step 6
Click the "Proceed" button after checking the correctness of the specified parameters. All procedures will be performed without restarting the computer. Check the accessibility of the partition after the Acronis Disk Director has finished running.

If you deleted the hard disk partition on which the operating system was installed, follow the described algorithm by connecting the hard drive to another computer. After restoring the partition, run the "System Restore" function. This will fix errors related to damage to some files.
