Step 1
Install the Windows operating system on your computer. After installation, you can use it for several weeks, but then it will ask for activation for further work. Make sure you have the program license code, as the program will not work without it.

Choose how to activate your operating system - you can do it online or by calling the dedicated Microsoft customer support service. Enter the license code for the application in the corresponding field of the activation program. If the operating system was previously preinstalled on this computer prior to your purchase, check the license code for the software product on the side or top of the system unit cover. Just in case, rewrite the license numbers of your software products, because information from special stickers can be erased over time, packaging can be lost, etc.

After entering the license code, find out your activation code, which is generated on the basis of the first one and gives you the right to use the operating system in accordance with your agreement even before starting the Windows installation process.

If you come across an unlicensed version of the Windows operating system or any other Microsoft software product when purchasing, you can contact this developer and they will exchange your software for a licensed one. This is done if there are documents confirming the purchase.
