Step 1
Find the list of installed programs on your computer in the corresponding menu in the control panel. Find among them those that allow another user to monitor your activities in the system, for example, Radmin or its analogues. Highlight these items in the list and find the uninstall item on the right side.

Please note, before uninstalling programs, you must close them, otherwise conflicts may arise in the system. After uninstalling, restart your computer and check if tracking processes are running on your computer.

If you cannot determine if the tracking software is installed on your computer, launch the Task Manager by pressing the Alt + Ctrl + Delete or Shift + Ctrl + Esc keyboard shortcuts in the Windows Seven operating system. Go to the processes tab and find among them those related to tracking programs, they usually have similar names. Periodic review of outgoing traffic will also help determine the tracking of your actions on the computer, if it exceeds the usual rate, most likely, certain programs are installed on your computer that use it without your consent.

Download and install a robust spyware protection system on your computer. The Dr. Web anti-virus and other utilities of a similar purpose may also be suitable here. Also download an anti-spyware program.

Periodically check the list of running processes and installed programs on your computer, monitor the level of outgoing traffic and do not install programs by unknown developers downloaded from dubious Internet resources, update your software in time and perform a full scan of your computer for viruses at least once or twice a week.
