The Windows operating system interface has sound schemes that you can use to control the playback of sounds for specific actions. To change or completely turn off the sound for a system action, such as turning on the computer, you need to follow a few simple steps.

Open the "Start" menu and go to the "Control Panel" section.

Here, select the Sound, Speech and Audio Devices section.

Now click on Change Sound Scheme.

In the dialog menu, go to the Sounds tab, and in the Program Events list, select Windows Startup.

The final step will be to select the "No" option in the "Sounds" section. After that, you should click the "Apply" button, and all subsequent switching on of the computer will pass without sound.
