To create a wall ladder in Minecraft, create sticks from planks, then place the sticks on the workbench in the shape of the letter H. In total, 1 ladder takes 7 sticks, 3 on the sides and 1 in the middle.

There is a staircase in the fortress and library, as well as in the village. When a player is standing on a ladder, their damage is reduced by exactly half. Therefore, it is extremely unprofitable to fight while on the stairs.
