Step 1
BIOS settings are located in CMOS memory. To clear CMOS, turn off your computer and install a jumper that will short the jumper pins.
Step 2
Turn on the computer - it will not boot, but the CMOS settings will be reset.
Step 3
Remove the jumper and turn on the PC again. You will see a request on the monitor to press F1 to set the BIOS parameters.
Step 4
If you like the default settings, press F1, select the "Save and exit" option in the BIOS menu. After that, the PC will boot completely. If you want - set your own settings and after that select the "Save and exit" option.
