Minecraft is an open-world construction computer game. You can build anything you want here. But, of course, the very first and important building is a cozy and reliable house that can protect you from monsters, rain and darkness.
Instructions
Step 1
In the world of Minecraft, cubic beauty surrounds you as you see the square sun glide across the sky. Regardless of whether you are playing the single or multiplayer version of the game, the problem of building a house is relevant. Of course, you can build a simple box of earth, but you must admit that it is much more pleasant to live in a well-built and decorated house.
Step 2
First of all, find a beautiful place for your home. Best near a river or mountain. The mountain will serve as an excellent landmark that will allow you to find your home while exploring the area. And the banks of the river are actually a road. If the mountain can still be lost, especially with a short drawing distance, the river will not provide you with such an opportunity. The main thing to remember is in which direction from home you went along the river.
Step 3
Collect several stacks of wood (different types are better), cobblestone, stone, stone bricks, glass, and any other materials from which you want to build a house. You can build a house out of colored wool, for example.
Step 4
Mark the corners of the building. If you want to make a house with a complex shape, mark all the main lines.
Step 5
Build walls, not forgetting the openings for the windows and the front door. Wall heights usually range from three to four blocks. Two are too low ceilings, five are good groundwork for the palace.
Step 6
The most responsible and difficult thing is the roof. You can make a flat roof, this is the simplest, but such roofs, as a rule, look not too complete. You can try and make a traditional roof with slopes. To do this, lay the frame at the desired height.
Step 7
The base of the roof can be decorated. For this, half-blocks and steps are well suited. Experiment with materials.
Step 8
Tackle the floor and interior walls. Divide the house into rooms, don't forget the doors.
Step 9
Now you need to light up your house so that monsters do not appear in it. Torches, a glowstone, lamps that need to be powered with a red stone, or pumpkin lamps will come to the rescue. Think about how it would be more interesting to place them in the house.
Step 10
A lava pool covered with glass can act as a rather unexpected design solution. However, in this case, the fire spread option must be disabled in the game. Just in case, the walls and bottom of the pool should be laid out of non-combustible material, such as stone.
Step 11
Now you can do the furniture. Chairs and sofas are usually made from steps and signs, tables from inverted steps, pistons or semi-blocks. The most important thing here is to show imagination.
Step 12
Don't forget about the functionality of the room. It is best to place chests, stoves and workbenches as close to each other as possible, so you don't have to run around the house a lot.
Step 13
First of all, home should be a place where you want to return. Minecraft allows you to screw anything you want to an already built building. In the future, it makes sense to think about a livestock pen and a farm. The mechanics of the game allows you to place them under the house. Thus, you can protect them from unwanted strangers.
