First of all, you need to run the program for slicing Nero discs of any version, starting from 6 and higher. Inside the main window, go to the Applications section, which contains additional services. You need the "Nero Wave Editor" sound editor. Click on its icon with the mouse to open the program. Then a new window will appear, the interface of which will in many respects resemble the well-known text editor "Microsoft Word".

Go to the top menu bar and click the "File" tab. Then click the "Open" command. After that, a window will appear to browse the files contained in the computer's memory and stored on removable devices. Select the desired music track. Click the "Open" button to import the file into the sound editor. Further, if you wish, you can process the song (voice message or sound composition) with additional effects - reverb (echo), sound normalization, bass and treble enhancement, stereo processor, noise reduction, and many others.

When the music track is completely ready, proceed to the procedure for saving in a new format. You will need to go to the "File" section and click the "Save As" item. Select the required format in the lower list box and give the file a name. Then confirm by clicking "Ok". For the first time, it is advisable to save the composition in wave (wav) format, since this is the highest quality sound format, and subsequent times in any required formats.

High quality wave music "weighs" many megabytes and is most often recorded on laser CDs. On the contrary, on the Internet, music is distributed in medium and low quality - digital mp3 format. It is much lighter in weight than wav. Mp3 files are conveniently stored on the servers of Internet sites, uploaded to torrents and file sharing services, as well as sold in online music stores. The problem is that it is simply impossible to return music from a low-quality format back to a high-quality one.
