Sometimes the strong performance of a cooler is caused by its technical inadequacy. The fact is that in the conditions of a budget or office "assembly" of a computer, the supplied coolers are of very low quality. Rapid breakdown can be caused by operating time, they wear out quickly. These coolers need to be cleaned and lubricated often enough to maintain them. But it is best to replace them with a more advanced model.
