When using the 1C: Enterprise program in accounting, sometimes it is required to transfer various data (for example, a directory of contractors) from one database to another, and the 1C configurations may differ. To solve this problem, use the information on the ITS disk for the program.

Instructions

Step 1

To transfer the directory of counterparties, apply the Universal Data Exchange XML processing, which should be located on the 1C: Enterprise information and technical support disk. With it, you can load and unload data in XML format between databases of different configurations.

Step 2

Unpack the above processing. Go to the "Configurator" and open the Conversion folder in processing, select the file "Uploading the description of the configuration metadata structure", save it and exit the configurator.

Step 3

Open the database, then go to the saved file and open another file in it called DATA (extension.xml). Don't forget to set a period.

Step 4

Select the data to upload. In our case, this is a directory of counterparties. Click on the "Upload data" button. Wait for unloading and close the base.

Step 5

Go to the configurator of the new database. Open the file, find in processing a file named "UploadLoadingXMLData", save it and exit the configurator.

Step 6

Open the database in the "Enterprise" mode. Download the file "UploadXMLData Download". In the open window go to the "Download" tab, select the file in the new folder DATA.xml, put the required checkboxes and click the "Download data" button.

Step 7

Save the external processing in the configuration if desired, after that it will not interfere with the installation of the update. In the same way, you can very simply transfer data from one 1C program to another with the same configurations, as well as certain documents or a period.
