Step 1
Sometimes the modem can work stably right after installation and configuration. But more often there are problems with the compatibility of the software with the provider's server. In such cases, it is necessary to flash the modem. Connect a laptop or desktop computer to it.
Step 2
Open the web interface of the modem. To do this, enter the IP address of this equipment into the address bar of the browser. You can find its value in the user manual for this modem model.

Find the required firmware (software) version in advance. Visit the official website of your modem manufacturer https://www.intercross.ru. If the necessary files were not there, go to the website https://www.ddixlab.ru and try to find the firmware file there

After opening the web interface of the modem settings, go to the Device Info menu. Find the "Upgrade" or upgrade button and click it. Select the required firmware file.

Wait for the software update operation to complete. If after that the modem does not automatically reboot, do it yourself.

Configure the necessary parameters for Internet access. To do this, go to the WAN (Internet Setup Settings) menu. If you need to set up a wireless access point, open the Wi-Fi menu (Wireless Setup Settings).

Be sure to set your own password to access the modem after flashing. Use a strong password when creating a wireless hotspot. This will increase the level of security.
