A browser is an application for browsing the Internet. Different software vendors offer different versions of web browsers. Users choose the ones that are more convenient for them to use. If you accidentally deleted your browser, you can restore it in a few minutes.

Instructions

Step 1

You will not be able to restore the browser as, for example, a deleted document from the recycle bin. It is necessary to install the program again. All browsers are installed automatically, you just need to follow the instructions of the "Installation Wizard": select the directory for installation and click "Next" until the installation is complete.

Step 2

The "Wizard" is launched via the setup.exe or install.exe file. The question naturally arises: where to find such a file? The easiest way is on the Internet. Each software vendor has its own official website from which you can download the application you need.

Step 3

This method is suitable if you have an alternative Internet browser installed on your computer, for example, Internet Explorer, which is automatically installed when the operating system is installed. Type in the search engine a request for the name of the browser you need (Opera, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome) and open the corresponding page.

Step 4

On the main page, click on the "Download" button ("Install", Download). This button is usually highlighted and hard to miss. Specify the path to save the file and wait for the download to finish. Open the folder with the saved file and left-click on the installation file.

Step 5

In the event that there is no alternative browser, you can install the browser from disk. There are kits for installing frequently used programs, and it's best to keep one of these disks close at hand. Let you use it once or twice a year, but you will not be left without the necessary programs in case of emergency. Insert the disc into your CD or DVD drive, open it for viewing, locate and run the browser setup file.

Step 6

You can also ask your friends to write down the browser installation file to any removable media, fortunately, it takes up very little space. Insert the media into the port, find the browser installation file and start it in the usual way - by clicking on its icon with the left mouse button. Wait for the end of the operation.
