Make all three layers of your banner visible. To do this, go to the "Windows" tab and select the "Animation" option. Make a copy of the frame with the "Duplicates selected frames" button. Then take two frames by pressing the "Shift" key. Specify the number of frames in the window that will open on your screen. Adjust the timing of the frames using the "Others" parameter. Then just save the file and your banner can be considered ready.
