Secondly, determine the programs that run simultaneously with Windows, cancel the launch of unnecessary components. Check out sources such as "Startup". Select "Start", then "Run", then in the window that appears, enter msconfig. You will see a list of programs that run simultaneously with Windows.

Third, optimize your download performance. Check the installed antivirus - the program may be scanning system files and affecting the system boot. Disable constant scanning, set the antivirus to be turned on periodically. This will speed up other operations.
