Step 1

If you are using Microsoft Outlook 2003, in the main window, select Tools, then Options. Click the Messages tab. In the "Create message in format" list that appears, select the message format for which you want to use the signature.

In the "Signature" group, click on the "Signatures" button and then "Create". Enter a name for the signature in the Enter a name for the new sample field. Select the desired option in the "Select a creation method" group. Click the "Next" button.

In the window that opens with the "Signature text" field, enter or paste from the document the text that you want to use as a signature. Change the font and format of the paragraph by clicking on the "Font" or "Paragraph" buttons, respectively. Click "Finish" after editing the signature.

Insert a picture or layout into Outlook 2003. To do this, repeat all the steps before entering the signature text in the "Signature text". Click on the "Next" button and then "Advanced". You will be warned that a program that is not part of MS Outlook will open.
