Find the center described above in your area. This is a special institution that has the appropriate license to issue an electronic digital signature.

To get it, send an application to this center. After it is accepted and processed, an employee of the center will contact you and familiarize you with the procedure for obtaining an electronic signature. All the previously mentioned actions are aimed solely at confirming the authenticity of the documents provided by you in the application. To minimize your actions, make a color scanned copy of your identification documents.
Step 4
Get two digital keys - public and private, as well as the corresponding certificate from the certification center. The certificate will be issued to you in two forms - electronic and paper. The electronic one will be certified by the electronic digital signature of the certification center.
Step 5
In order for the digital signature to be useful to you, install the appropriate software on your computer, which you can also ask about in the certification center. You can install it yourself, or you can invite specialists. After the installation is complete, you can use your digital signature.
