1C software can work with several databases at once, between which you can switch during operation. To select a database, you must have at least 2 positions installed, otherwise one will always be selected by default.
Necessary
1C program
Instructions
Step 1
Open the "1C: Accounting" program and enter it in the "Configurator" mode, selecting one of the available databases. After that, you will be able to perform various actions with the infobase. Please note that access to the database may be closed; in this case, you will need to enter the password that was specified earlier.
Step 2
To add a new working database to 1C, use the window for selecting available databases in the list that appears when you start this program. Select "Add a new infobase" and then proceed to choosing a template from the previously installed ones. If there are no templates, select the item "Creation of infobases for development". This is where you need base development skills from scratch.
Step 3
To create one working database from two existing ones, choose to create a new one, while first examining the similarities and differences between the two existing ones. Make a working configuration with no duplicate entries, track them if any, check for missing items. It is best to introduce a new order of accounting elements and, first of all, check the duplication of directories.
Step 4
To copy the 1C program database, use the upload menu in the administration panel. On the computer where you want to copy, select the opposite item - download the infobase.
Step 5
This is the recommended way of copying data, but it also has its drawbacks - external printable forms may not be saved, so sometimes it is best to use simple copying of data using the "Copy" and "Paste" actions from the folder selected by the administrator for storing the infobases of this enterprises. It is usually located on a local drive.
