Step 1
Usually, programs come with a built-in help system, which is useful if you encounter difficulties. Maintenance of specialized programs, for example, for accounting, tax, population accounting requires special knowledge, and in case of problems, specialists turn to system administrators.

You can send an email to your system personnel detailing the problem you are experiencing. To be convincing, copy the program window from the screen.

To do this, there is a Print Screen button on the keyboard. If you click it, the contents of the screen will be copied to the clipboard. Outwardly, nothing will change, but the window of the open program will be saved to the clipboard.

If you worked with several windows, and you only need to copy the active one, before pressing Print Screen, press one more key - Alt, you will save only the active window.

In order for the copied image to materialize, a graphic editor is required. For this purpose, applications such as Photoshop or Coreldraft are not required, use the standard Paint program. The screenshot can even be inserted into Microsoft Word.
Step 6
Select the Start menu, then All Programs, then Accessories and Paint. In the program menu, find the "Edit" item, open it and click "Paste". The copied screenshot will appear in the program window.

The image can be edited. The select and crop tools let you resize the picture. The brush or pencil tool is used to outline the most important area of the image. The prepared image can be saved in JPEG format.
Step 8
Click "File", go to the line "Save As". In the window that opens, select the desired file format, specify the save path, or leave it as default. Add the resulting graphic file to the letter prepared for the system administrator.
Step 9
If an exact copy of the screen is sufficient, paste the screenshot into Paint and save it unchanged.
