Not all novice users know how a computer works and how to most effectively use it for their tasks. For this purpose, it is also necessary to create special educational programs that could clearly answer many of the questions that arise.

Instructions
Step 1
Write on a piece of paper the topics that you want to cover in the development program. Start by describing the components of your computer: processor, keyboard, screen, mouse, monitor, motherboard, etc. Dwell in detail on the main (or all) buttons on the keyboard. Mention the basic programs a new user needs to learn. These include Microsoft Office, antivirus software, Paint, Winrar, Internet Explorer, and more. You can include other topics in the program.
Step 2
Make a step-by-step plan for recording multimedia lessons. Each Computer and Software topic should be broken down into a series of small parts. Then the students will be able to master this material much more productively. Write down the name of each lesson in a column and below it - a small thesis outline, on the basis of which you will record the video.
Step 3
Install on your computer all the software you need to create a course. You will need Microsoft Powerpoint to compose your presentations. Download yourself a non-desktop and Camtasia Studio to record video from the screen. Also, don't forget to look for additional material online on the topics of the course. Find 1-2 sites for downloading pictures that will be appropriate in the presentation of programs.
Step 4
Make presentations of the lessons in Powerpoint. Each lesson should correspond to no more than 5-6 slides with pictures and a very short description (theses for each lesson). Remember that students will be able to effectively comprehend a minimum of text and a maximum of illustrations with your clear and concise explanation.
Step 5
Record video tutorials according to the established plan. Try to do each of them no more than 5-6 minutes. Highlight only the most important things, showing the very essence on the screen (a picture, a key, a detail, etc.).
Step 6
Review the resulting course and make adjustments if necessary. Rewrite those lessons that you think are not very high quality from the point of view of the presentation of the material. Incorporate this developmental program into your user training course.
