Microsoft Outlook email client allows you to store contact information on your computer. This data can be synchronized with mobile devices using the corresponding function in the program menu.

Step 1
Synchronization of Outlook with a mobile phone that runs under the Windows Phone operating system is performed through the Live ID you use, which you created while working with Microsoft Office or after purchasing a mobile device.

Start Outlook using the Start menu - All Programs - Microsoft Office - Microsoft Outlook. Sign in to your Live ID. To do this, use the "Accounts" - "Add" tab. Enter your Microsoft account information and wait for a successful login message.

Copy all the required data into the program using CSV files or by entering the required information manually. All operations with contacts in the program are performed through the "Contacts" section.

After saving, the updated contacts will appear on your phone. To do this, it will be enough to connect to the Internet using Wi-Fi or 3G connection and wait a few minutes.

For Apple devices, data exchange with Outlook is performed using iTunes. To do this, go to the "Information" section in the menu for working with the program device and perform synchronization, guided by the options presented on the screen.

To synchronize Outlook with other devices, you can use specialized programs. So, for Samsung, use Samsung Kies, and HTC data is copied through HTC Sync. You can also choose Android Sync, Google Calendar Sync, PC Suite for Android, and MyPhone Explorer to transfer Outlook contacts from Android.
