Sound editing is necessary for everyone and everyone who at least once in his life has come across, or is faced with the presentation of audio files, or wants to fix something in a video or audio recording, both for commercial use and for himself. Sometimes the background noise in the video does not match the video sequence so much that it is easier to remove the audio track and overlay a new one, and sometimes you need to cut out a piece from the audio that is not needed. This is not so difficult to do.
Necessary
- - computer
- - video file
- - audio file
- - video editor
- - audio editor
Instructions
Step 1
To remove an audio track from a video file, open a video editor. Open the file to be edited through the "File" menu. Wait for the file to finish downloading.
After that, double-click the entire length of the video, or select it all manually. After that, find the "Effects" tab and in them find the audio removal effect. Select it and wait for the processing to finish. After that, select the video compression format you need and save the file to your hard drive.
Step 2
If you remove a part of the audio from the audio track, open the audio editor, wait for all the plugins to load. After that click on the "File" tab and find the audio track that you need to edit.
Switch to single-track edit mode if you are in multitrack mode. Press the "stop" button and by highlighting, mark the segment of the audio track where there is noise or unnecessary silence.
Highlight it and listen to it to make sure you're deleting exactly what you want. Then click on the "delete" button. Save the resulting audio file to your computer.
