Over the years, dvd discs are losing ground and giving way to more practical storage media such as flash drives. However, they are still in use and in demand. Double-sided dvd's have the maximum volume. How do you record them?
Necessary
Nero program
Instructions
Step 1
Purchase the licensed version or download the Nero program from the Internet. You will definitely need it to record double-sided discs. Install it on your personal computer. Please reboot to update the data. Then run the program.
Step 2
Select Nero Burning Rom. The Nero program itself is a multifunctional application that allows you not only to burn discs, but also to create covers for them, process audio files, make layouts of various graphic images, etc.
Step 3
To burn double-sided discs, select the appropriate format. From the start menu of the recording application, select "Burn DVD". Then determine if this disc will be multisession, i.e. whether it will be possible to add something to it or not.
Step 4
Determine the speed at which the disk is written. A window will appear in front of you, something similar to the standard Windows program "Explorer". On the right side, you will see a list of files on your computer, on the left - an empty field. Fill it up with the files you want to burn to disk.
Step 5
To do this, select one or a group of files in the right field and, without releasing the left mouse button, drag them to the left. After the list is formed, click the "Start Burning" button. It is located on the toolbar.
Step 6
Make sure that the size of the selected files does not exceed the amount of free disk space. Otherwise, burning may not take place, and the disc will simply be damaged.
Step 7
Wait for the end of the recording. Save the template if you are going to burn one more or more exactly the same discs. Take out the double sided disc from the dvd drive. Flip it over and insert it back to record the other side of it. Then do everything in accordance with the instructions described above.
