After reinstalling Windows, all data about the distributions created on torrent trackers is deleted. Distributed torrents can also be lost as a result of any other computer operation. To resume the distribution of files, you need to reconfigure the client and generate new torrent files.

Instructions
Step 1
Install and run the client you are using (e.g. uTorrent). In the main window of the program, click on the icon under which appears the inscription - "Create a new torrent". In some programs, torrents are created using the "File" - "Create Torrent" menu.
Step 2
In the window that appears, set the required parameters. In the "Select source" field, specify the path to the file to be distributed. It is important that the letters of the local drives match their names, which were before reinstalling the system or losing data. The shared files must be in the same directory as before deleting the previous copy of Windows. To change the name of the partition used, run the "Create and format hard disk partitions" utility by using the "Start" menu and entering the name of the program into the search bar.
Step 3
Check the box next to "Start distribution". Click on the "Create and Save to" button. When asked to enter the tracker URL, click the "Yes" button.
Step 4
Wait for the hashing procedure to finish and specify the path to save the.torrent file. After clicking the "Save" button, your file will be uploaded.
Step 5
Go to the torrent tracker website where you want to restore the download. Download the.torrent file from your theme and run it. A notification about re-adding the torrent should appear in the program window. Confirm the operation.
Step 6
Re-specify the path to the file being distributed and click Ok. The torrent file is installed for distribution.
Step 7
The restoration of distribution in different clients is carried out according to the same principle. Run any old torrent file and add it to your task list. Download torrents from your previous downloads. Start a new torrent and specify the path to the file you shared earlier. Highlight the "Upload Later" item, update the hash and launch it using the "Start" or "Run" buttons.
