Users who have had a chance to reinstall an operating system on their computer may have noticed that immediately after that, the speed of loading and operation of applications and the "reaction speed" of Windows in general increases. However, this effect disappears over time due to the fact that the RAM is "littered" and there is little free space in it in order to comfortably work with applications.

Instructions
Step 1
If the RAM is constantly busy, look at which processes it is clogged with. To do this, activate the "Windows Task Manager" (to start it, press the ctrl + alt + del keys simultaneously), and the Processes tab will display the program modules that are currently in memory and how much space they take up. unload an unnecessary program from RAM, click on the “End process.” Be careful and careful not to accidentally terminate the process that is necessary for the system to work.
Step 2
To disable automatic loading of program modules into memory, remove these programs from the startup list. To do this, use the Msconfig utility (to start, simultaneously press the Win + R keys, in the command line that appears, type "msconfig" and press "Enter"). In the window that appears, select the "Startup" tab. You will see a list of applications that automatically go into RAM when the operating system starts up. Select the ones you want to remove from this list, and uncheck the boxes that are located at the beginning of the corresponding lines.
