Using page markup in any editor (text, graphics, etc.) greatly helps to improve the entire process of creating a finished document. It allows you to delimit the entire document, set certain privileges, and adjust many elements for the selected print format. In other words, the page markup helps ensure that the document is formatted correctly.
It is necessary
Enabling the "page layout" mode
Instructions
Step 1
If you find that your editor does not have page layout configured or does not exist at all, use the tips that will be indicated in this article. To enable the "page layout" mode in text editors Microsoft Word from the first versions up to version 2003 inclusive, you must open any document or create a new one. To create a document in MS Word, click the "File" - "New" menu.
Step 2
In most text editors of the MS Word line, the "page layout" mode is activated automatically when you first start it. If your editor is an exception, then click the menu "View" - "Page Layout" or press the keyboard shortcut alt="Image" + D, and then alt="Image" + F.
Step 3
Also, this action can be done in another way: below the left side bar, just above the status bar, there are 5 small buttons - one of them (the third in a row) will activate the "page layout".
Step 4
In the text editor MS Word 2007, "page layout" is enabled as follows: in the main program window, select the "View" panel, click the "page layout" icon (the first icon). To display the Ruler tool, check the box next to the item of the same name, which is located in the same panel.
Step 5
To activate this mode in MS Excel, check the "Show fields" item on the "View" tab. After activating the "layout mode", it will be automatically applied to all new documents.
