To create a copy of the 1C: Enterprise program database, you must delete all documents so that only reference books remain. You can remove them from 1C in several ways.

Instructions
Step 1
Launch the 1C: Enterprise program. To delete documents from 1C, go to the program exclusively. Then select the menu "Operations" - "Processing" - "Document processing". Set the period for which you want to delete documents in "1C: Enterprise", select all documents, select the type of processing "Mark for deletion", then delete all marked documents. To delete trade configuration documents, select Batch Document Processing.
Step 2
Remove objects from the 1C: Enterprise program using the appropriate procedure. To do this, select the journal in which you want to mark documents for deletion, move the cursor over the line with the document, press the Del key. Or select the menu item "Actions" - "Delete". You can select a complete journal, it displays all entered documents, or select a journal with a specific type of documents. A document marked for deletion will be marked with a crossed out symbol in the left column of the journal table.
Step 3
Check the admissibility of deleting documents. To do this, click the "Control" button in the program window. The program will check if the documents can be deleted without affecting the functioning of the system. If any of the documents are on the list, the program will inform you about it. After that, it will be possible to carry out the uninstallation process, to do this, click the button on the "Delete" toolbar. After physical deletion, the program will display a window with a list of deleted objects.
Step 4
Download a special program Kill Doc at infostart.ru/public/download.php?file=50143, it was created specifically for deleting documents from the 1C: Enterprise program by cleaning files with documents. Download the archive, unzip it to any folder and run the executable file. Then all documents will be deleted from the system. Use this program only for complete removal. It will not work for partial cleaning of 1C: Enterprise from documents.
