At the moment, the transfer of files or commands to a computer can be carried out not only through wires, but also over the air, through special devices called Bluetooth. Using Bluetooth, you can wirelessly access your computer with headphones, mobile phone, keyboard or mouse.

Bluetooth adapter, computer
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, you need to connect the bluetooth adapter to your computer or laptop via a USB port. If you will use the bluetooth adapter inconsistently, it is recommended to connect it to the front panel of the system unit. Some computers and laptops are already equipped with bluetooth devices, which makes the task much easier. In this case, you will only have to install the appropriate software.
Step 2
If a bluetooth adapter is already present in the system, it must be turned on. On laptops, as a rule, there is a special switch, some models do not contain such switches, but the inclusion of such devices is carried out programmatically. The presence of a wireless connection device can be found in the instructions that came with the laptop upon purchase.
Step 3
As soon as you turn on the bluetooth device, signals will begin to appear within its range that any such device can pick up. If it is necessary for a laptop to turn on this device, for a computer it is enough to connect the adapter to the computer. The mode in which all bluetooth devices search for their own kind is called pairing.
Step 4
There is an opinion that for any device that connects to the computer for the first time, it is necessary to install the driver from any type of media. This statement is true, but there are exceptions: some adapters are automatically detected by the system, i.e. the system already has the necessary drivers for this device. If the signal does not automatically detect, then the installation of the drivers cannot be avoided.
Step 5
The driver can be installed from the media that was included in the kit or downloaded from the Internet. To search for the required driver version, connect the adapter to the computer, then press Win + Pause Break, press the Device Manager button and see the name of the new device. After copying the name, paste it into the address bar of Windows Explorer. If there is an Internet connection, Internet Explorer will automatically search for results for your query.
Step 6
Download the drivers found and install them, after that you can start working with wireless devices. If, when installing the drivers, a warning appears on the screen about the need to restart the system, click the "Yes" or "Restart now" button.
