It is necessary

  • - "PhotoSHOW" program;
  • - Windows Movie Maker;
  • - PowerPoint or any of the listed programs.

Instructions

Step 1

A vivid dynamic slideshow can be made using various programs. Among them, the most popular are iPixSoft Flash Slideshow Creator, muvee Reveal, Photo DVD Maker Professional, CyberLink PowerDirector, VSO PhotoDVD, Wondershare Photo Story Platinum, ProShow Producer and many others. The principle of their operation is in many ways similar: you select the photos that you are going to use in your work, music, add transitions to the project, edit the images, add captions and titles, preview the created project, after which all you have to do is write the finished file. The advantages of these programs are a convenient, intuitive interface, the presence of prompts and fast conversion. The only exception is the Nero Vision application, it works a little longer than its counterparts.

Step 2

The standard assembly of the Windows operating system includes the Windows Movie Maker application - one of the simple, but very functional tools for creating slideshows. It's pretty easy to work with. Following the prompts of the program wizard, you need to add images, music, video files to the project. Then, using the options in the "Film editing" section, apply captions, transitions, titles, and apply the available styles to the video. In addition, there is a very good function "Create AutoFilm", which independently mounts a movie from the photos added to the project. After that, all that remains is to save the movie to your computer or burn it to disk.

Step 3

It is convenient to create slideshows (presentations) in PowerPoint, which is part of Microsoft's Office suite. Open Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation, find the Create Slide button in the upper right corner and add the required number of pages to the project. Here, for each slide, you can add the most suitable layout for placing text and images. In the "Design" menu, select slide design templates, apply color schemes and animation settings to the presentation as needed. The functions of the "Insert" menu on the top toolbar allow you to add drawings, page numbers, date and time, movies and sound, charts, tables to the project. You can also change the size, color, font fill, transitions, animations to text and images, transitions between pages on slides. When the presentation is ready, in the upper left corner of the toolbar, click the "File" button and in the drop-down window select the "Save As" item, specifying the desired file format.

Step 4

If you often create video clips from photos and music, install the "PhotoSHOW" program on your computer, thanks to which the creative process will become even more interesting and at the same time extremely understandable. Before starting work, select the photos that you are going to use in the future video. For convenience, place them in a separate folder. If you plan to add photos on different topics to your slideshow, place them in several folders. Choose the background music that best suits your photo show. After all the preparatory steps are completed, start the "PhotoSHOW" program and in the window that appears, select one of the proposed applications items: "New Project", "Slide Show Templates", "Open Project".

Step 5

If you are doing a new project, select the first item. In the window that opens, specify the location of the photos, select them and add them to the project. To do this, mark the photos and press the right mouse button, then select the "Add" or "Add all" item in the drop-down window. For this purpose, you can also use the special arrow buttons under the photos. However, you can also simply drag the images you want to the bottom line. At the very bottom of the page, find the "project music" button. Click it to add an audio file for the off-screen background to the project. Clicking on the "+" sign will open and add a melody. In the same window, set additional music settings: playback mode, sound / fade effects, file duration. If necessary, you can also crop the melody here or synchronize it with the time of displaying images.

Step 6

Select an image on the storyboard scale and find the "Edit Slide" button on the right side of the program desktop. After that, you can stretch or fit the frame, crop the picture, overlay text on the photo, set the duration of the slide show and transition, apply additional effects. On the top panel, open the menu "Transitions", "Screensavers", "Appearance" and apply the desired changes. When the slideshow is ready, preview the final result in the preview window. If you are happy with everything, find Create in the toolbar and select the option you want: Create Video Slideshow, Create DVD Slideshow, Create Screensaver, or Create EXE Slideshow.

Step 7

It will greatly facilitate your work if at the very beginning you select the "Slide Show Templates" item and select the style that best suits your video. Add photos, music to the project. The program will do the rest by itself. All you have to do is save and record the slideshow.
