Step 1

Wait for the Setup Assistant to start. In the "Keyboard" window, select the Russian layout, then enter the administrator password in the "Root password" field. In the "Network Settings" option, click "Next". In the "SELinux Settings" window, set the "Warning Mode" status, click the "Next" button.
