You can see the degree of RAM and processor load at a given moment using the task manager - to start it, you need to press the Ctrl + Alt + Del key combination. If Windows 7 is installed on the computer, pressing the key combination brings up a menu, where, in addition to starting the Task Manager, it is suggested to restart, turn off the computer or send it to "sleep".

For a more detailed, "real" assessment of the performance of a computer, it is worth using external programs, for example, everest, 3D mark (for 3D graphics and games), pc mark, cpu mark and others. If you need to find out if the performance of your computer is suitable for a particular game, you can either install Fraps or check it on the benchmarks built into the game. To indirectly evaluate the performance of a computer according to the principle "enough - not enough" to solve a specific problem, you can do the following - start disk defragmentation or archiving a large number of small files simultaneously with the selected task (game, computational or visualization program). If the main task is performed at an acceptable speed for the user, then the performance index is quite high.
