Sometimes, when watching video files with subtitles, their text is not always visible and understandable. To increase subtitles, there are special programs working in this direction, but the viewing settings can be changed in the player.

Instructions
Step 1
Download the K-Lite Codec Pack from the manufacturer's official website, preferably the latest version. It is convenient not only because it includes support for most video playback formats, it also contains a media player that is needed in the future, which supports the function of increasing subtitles when viewing.
Step 2
Install the program by selecting support for those types of video files that you intend to play in the future on your computer, and best of all, check all the boxes.
Step 3
Associate the files with the new player if necessary. In this case, they will be opened only through it, and it will be possible to change this only by going to the appropriate settings. There is also the possibility of partial association only for certain types of files. Complete the installation process, if necessary, restart your computer.
Step 4
Open the folder containing the video you want to play. Click on it with the right mouse button, select the menu item "Open with the program …". A small window will appear on your screen containing a list of all installed applications on your computer.
Step 5
Select the recently installed program in it. If it is not in the list, use the Browse button and add it by searching on your local drive in the Program Files folder.
Step 6
When opening a video with subtitles, pause playback in the player and open the Play menu item in the top toolbar. Select the subtitle setting, specify there the desired size, color and other parameters during playback. You can increase them until they become visible to your eye.
Step 7
Apply changes and continue browsing. It is best not to use color subtitles, as white is much easier to perceive.
