ITunes is used to synchronize data between your computer and mobile device iPhone, iPad and iPod. Through the application, you can purchase programs, download them to your phone, and arrange their arrangement on the screen.
Instructions
Step 1
Please download the latest iTunes from Apple official website before setting up. To do this, go to the iTunes section of the resource's top bar and select "Download iTunes". Wait until the download is complete, then install the program in accordance with the instructions of the installer.
Step 2
During synchronization, the contents of the selected folders on the computer are transferred to the connected device and vice versa, from the mobile device to the computer. To sync via USB, connect the cable to your computer and device.
Step 3
At the top of the program window, click the "Device" button. To synchronize all programs purchased in iTunes and update the list of applications purchased using the AppStore, click the "Apply" button in the lower right corner of the running application. All items will automatically sync.
Step 4
If you want to manually select sync options and not update all items when you connect your device to your computer, use the settings options. To do this, click on the device icon in the upper right corner of the program and select the "Overview" tab.
Step 5
Check the box next to "Process music and video manually" and press the "Apply" button. To manually transfer purchased programs, you can use the "Transfer Purchase" function. To do this, disconnect the device from the computer and go to the "Store" - "Authorize computer" menu. Enter your Apple ID and password, and then click Authorize.
Step 6
In the dialog box that opens, select "Transfer". You can also use the menu "File" - "Devices" - "Transfer purchases from iPhone". A similar item appears when you activate the side menu of the program. To enable it, select the appropriate setting in the "View" item in the upper application bar.
