Knowing how to save documents as a picture may be required in different situations. There are also several ways to implement the plan. It all depends on what application the user is working with, because such an opportunity is provided not only in graphic editors. In particular, in the editors Microsoft Office Word and Excel, you can save documents not only as text or html pages, but also as an image.
Instructions
Step 1
To save the document as a picture in a graphics editor, specify the correct file extension (.bmp,.jpg,.dds,.png, and so on). To do this - using the example of Adobe Photoshop - in the top menu bar, click on the "File" item and select the "Save as" command. In the dialog box that opens, specify the directory for saving, in the File name field, enter the name of your file, in the File type field, use the drop-down list to select the desired format. Click the Save button.
Step 2
To save a document in a cross-platform format in Microsoft Office Word or Microsoft Office Excel, click on the round Office button in the upper left corner of the document and select the "Save As" command from the menu that opens. After selecting the directory and entering the document name using the drop-down list in the "File type" field, select the PDF (*.pdf) extension and click the "Save" button. If you want the text in the document to be editable in the future, save your document again, but in text format. Keep in mind that if you save the document in.docx (.xlsx) format, and then simply change the extension to.pdf in the filename, you will not get the desired result.
Step 3
Another way is more creative. Open the document you want to make a drawing and "take a picture" of it. To do this, use any image capture application or use the Print Screen button. Open the picture you just took in a graphics editor (and if you used the Print Screen key, create a new document and paste the image from the clipboard into it), edit the picture if necessary (cut off the margins, adjust the contrast, color, and so on). Save the file in image format.
