In order not to lose the quality of the image when it is compressed (quality parameter), it is worth using graphic editors. The most common graphics editor for Windows today is Adobe Photoshop. However, Photoshop has only 12 levels of JPEG compression and its distribution takes up a lot of hard disk space. Let's use a lighter program in Russian - Paint. NET (not to be confused with the standard Paint).
