Deletion is a very important operation, which often leads to irrecoverable loss of information. In addition, there is a danger of deleting necessary data by mistake. For this reason, the developers of the 1C program approached the implementation of this function quite seriously.
Necessary
the program "1C: Enterprise"
Instructions
Step 1
Launch the 1C: Enterprise program, open the required database. Set up the document deletion mode in 1C. To do this, go to the "Service" menu, select "Options", go to the "General" tab. On the bottom line, you can set the option for the mode of deleting objects. It can take two values - "Direct deletion" or "Mark for deletion". Select the second option and click OK.
Step 2
Open the directory from which you want to delete 1C documents. Place the cursor on the line with the document, click the Delete key on the keyboard, or click the Delete button on the toolbar. You can also mark a document for deletion using the appropriate command in the Actions menu. After these actions, the documents will not be deleted, but the icon of their status is crossed out with a cross. At any time, you can undo this mark in the same ways.
Step 3
Perform physical deletion of objects marked for deletion. This is necessary to free the system from "garbage" and clear the computer memory. Close all windows open in 1C. Then go to the "Operations" menu, select the "Delete marked objects" command. First, the program will generate a list of those objects that are marked for deletion. It will be presented in a separate window. From it, you can remove those elements that fell into it by mistake.
Step 4
Then click on the "Control" button, the program will check whether it is possible to delete this information without affecting the functionality of the system. If such objects are in the list, they will be excluded from it. Only after that you can delete documents from 1C: Enterprise using the Delete button. After performing this action, deleted objects cannot be restored, only if they are re-entered. The procedure for deleting documents in 1C: Enterprise is rather complicated, but it was done to control the legality of deleting data.
