When creating websites, you may need to create simple flash videos that contain changing pictures with effects. This can be done using gif, as well as a flash animation package from Marcomedia. But for the simplest videos, simpler programs are also suitable for you.

Instructions
Step 1
Launch Flash Banner Creator. This application is as easy to use as possible, has sufficient functionality, and is also fully suitable for creating a flash movie. The program window contains three main sections that represent the basic steps of creating a movie on a flash: the first is for loading images, the second is for selecting and setting effects, the third is responsible for creating an animated flash movie.
Step 2
Go to Photo, find or create images that you will use when creating a flash movie. To load them into the program, click on the Add button or simply drag them with the left mouse button into the application window. After adding, you can swap images, rotate or delete.
Step 3
Also use the Edit button when creating a video, it will be active when a certain photo is selected. Click the button to open the settings window for the selected image. Remove the link to the site where the image was taken from, also add text and clip art elements.
Step 4
Set the type of transformation in the settings for the selected frame using the Transition Effect item, as well as the duration of the effect and the display of the picture in the Transition Duration section. Set the way the Flash animation is displayed in the Theme tab.
Step 5
Here you can choose from a variety of display options, as well as set parameters for the animation. Enter the name of the album, as well as the width, height of the image, background color, frame rate, photo display time and conversion. Also set additional options by clicking on the More Options button.
Step 6
Click on the Decorate the photo with list to select additional effects for your images. At the bottom of the "Themes" section, add music to the video, to do this, click on the Add button and select the desired file. Next, go to the Publish tab. In this section, save the created movie in Flash format. In parallel, a file in *.html format is created, with which you can view the result of your work.
Step 7
To create Flash animation, click on the Publish now button, then view the resulting file. To make corrections or changes, go back to one of the previous paragraphs and make the necessary edits and re-save the file.
