Step 1

Start the program "1C: Trade Management" using the shortcut on the desktop, open the required database. To enter balances in 1C, go to the "Documents" menu, then go to the "Sales" item, select the "Debt adjustment" option. You can also open a document to enter balances in 1C using the following commands: "Documents" - item "Purchases".

In it, select the "Debt Adjustment" option. The document journal will open on the screen - click on the "Add" button in it. A new document will be created. Select the required counterparty from the "Counterparty" field.

Enter one or more contracts in the tabular section of the document, then enter the currency and the amount of the debt. Click on the "Add" button to add this line to the tabular section. Enter in the "Increase in debt" column the amount your counterparty owes to the company. Next, post the Debt Adjustment document to complete the data entry. Click the OK button.

Step 4

Enter the stock balances as of the beginning of a certain accounting period, for example, month, quarter, or year. Before entering balances in 1C, set the working date on the last day of the month that precedes the beginning of the next accounting period.

To do this, select the menu item "Service" - "Options", set the desired date. To enter the balances of goods in warehouses, create a document "Posting goods". To do this, go to the "Documents" menu, select the "Inventory (warehouse)" item and click "Posting goods".

Step 6

Click the Add button. In the "Basis" field, enter "Enter initial balances", click on the "Prices and currency" button, select the price type - "Purchase". Click on the "Select" button. Check the boxes for Price, Quantity, and Feature. Select the required element by double-clicking, specify the parameters. After adding all the items, exit the stock list window. Click OK.
