How to take a screenshot on an iPhone XR
- Hold down the volume button and the device boot button. Not everyone gets screenshots right away - you have to get used to it. If you hold down only the start button of the phone for a long time, Siri will start. It is this function that is assigned to it by default.
- If the sound on the iphone is turned on, a familiar click will be heard when taking a screenshot (like a camera shutter). A preview of the captured image will be displayed on the screen (in the lower corner). If you touch it, you will enter edit mode.
- Swiping a thumbnail to the side will automatically save it to "Photos". Another option is to send a screenshot via messenger, SMS, social networks or by some other method. Hold down a click on the preview, a pop-up menu will appear.
Second way
The XR and other tenth iPhones have Assistive touch, which allows you to take a picture with one hand.
- Open the settings, go to main → universal access → Assistive touch. We transfer the slider to the green state. A semi-transparent key will now be displayed.
