Any file can be copied to your computer's hard drive. Films are no exception. They can be copied from the disk to the hard drive of the computer and viewed at any time. Instructions
Step 1
You need to save movies, depending on their format. If a movie is just one file, as a rule, its format is MP4 or DVDRip. The process for copying such movies is the same as for copying any other files. To save such a movie on your computer, right-click on it and select the "Copy" command in the context menu that appears. Then go to the folder where you want to save the movie. In the folder, right-click on an empty space and select the "Paste" command from the context menu. The movie will simply be copied from disc or other source and stored on your hard drive.
Step 2
Things are a little different with films that are sold on DVDs. If you open such a disk, you can see that it contains many files and folders. Such films can also be simply copied to the hard drive. But it will be much more convenient to create virtual copies of such disks with films.
Step 3
Download and install the Alcohol 120% program on your computer. Insert the movie disc into your computer's optical drive. Launch Alcohol 120%. Now in the main menu of the program, select the item "Create an image". In the window that appears, click "Next". In the next window, enter the name of the image with movies and select the folder where the image will be saved. Then click "Start". After the imaging is complete, an exact copy of the movie disc will be saved on your computer.
Step 4
In order to open such discs, in the main menu of the Alcohol 120% program, select "Image Search". In the window that appears, click "Search". After completing the search, click on the image with the films with the left mouse button, then - "Add". Now in the main menu of the program, click on this image with the right mouse button and select "Mount to device".
Step 5
Go to "My Computer". Click on the virtual drive with the right mouse button and select "Play". A menu for selecting options for watching a movie will open. At any time, you can mount another disk image with movies on the virtual drive. The mount process will only take a few seconds.
