Step 1
Assemble two teams of no more than 14 people.
Step 2
Send 7 people from each team to the field.
Step 3
Throw the ball into the opponent's goal, trying not to overstep the line of the six-meter zone near the goal. At the same time, throw, catch, hit, push the ball using your hands, head, body, as well as your hips and knees.
Step 4
The goalkeeper must defend the goal by hitting the ball with any part of the body, moving in the goal area or leaving it to take direct part in the game.
Step 5
The game takes place over two halves, the duration of which is half an hour. The break between the halves lasts 10 minutes.
Step 6
For the game of handball, a room of 40x20 m is selected, and as inventory, a goal with dimensions of 3x2 m and a ball with a diameter of 54-60 cm, weighing 325-475 g (the lower limit is provided for women, the upper limit is for men).
Step 7
There are no draws in handball. If the result is equal, the referee assigns an additional half or penalty in the form of 5 shots at the goal from a distance of 7 m. You can hold the ball for only three seconds. Only three steps are allowed to run with the ball.
