Step 1
In order to activate your copy of Windows over the Internet, you need to do the following. Click the "Start" menu, select "All Programs" - "Accessories" - "System Tools" - "Windows Activation". Alternatively, click on the "Operating System Activation" icon in the notification area.
Step 2
In the window that opens, select "Yes" - "Activate a copy of Windows over the Internet." Click "Windows Activation Privacy Statement", then click "Back", then click "Next".
Step 3
In order to register and activate at the same time, click "Yes" to the request "Register and activate Windows". Click "Windows Registration Confidentiality Agreement", then click "Back", then click "Next". In the window that opens, enter your contact information in the fields of the registration form, click "Next". Fields marked with asterisks are required.
Step 4
In order to only activate the Windows operating system, click the "No, do not register, only activate Windows" button. After that, click the "Next" button.
After establishing a connection and checking your copy, click the "OK" button.
