Step 1
If the "Task Manager" does not load after entering the following commands, then there is definitely a virus on your computer:
- keyboard shortcut Ctrl + alt="Image" + Del;
- keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Esc;
- Start menu - Run - taskmgr;
- Right-click on the "Taskbar" - "Task Manager".
This is due to the fact that any user of a personal computer can delete the virus file if the "Task Manager" was launched. Here you can do different things. The easiest option is to download a program that works on the same principle as the dispatcher, thereby removing the virus file from the processes.
Step 2
But the installation of additional programs loads the registry and the operation of the system as a whole, so you can work a little to return the native dispatcher. To do this, click the "Start" menu - "Run" - enter the command gpedit.msc - click the "OK" button - in the opened "Group Policy" dialog box.
Step 3
Select "Group Policy" - "Local Computer Policy" - "User Configuration" - "Administrative Templates" - "System" - "Ctrl + Alt + Del Capabilities".
Step 4
Activate by double-clicking the left mouse button the option "Delete Task Manager" - open the window "Properties: Delete Task Manager" - put the switch on the value "Disabled" - click "Apply" - "OK". After the performed operation, you must restart your computer.
Step 5
Next, you should start the registry editor, unless, of course, it is blocked by the same virus. If it is locked, you still have to download software that works by analogy with the standard editor (Reg Edit, Reg Organizer). And if the blocking of the registry editor did not happen, then do the following: click the "Start" menu - "Run" - enter the command regedit - click "OK".
Step 6
In the program window that opens, find the following folder: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER / Software / Microsoft / WindowsCurrentVersion / Policies / System]. Search for the next REG_DWORD key DisableTaskMgr. Set the new value to this key "0". It is also possible to completely delete this key, but not the branch.
