With the advent of p2p networks and such a concept as torrent, the mass activity of users of warez sites began to decrease. This can be explained by the fact that when downloading from a file hosting service there has always been a limitation in the speed of downloading files to a computer. Torrent trackers have brought high download speeds and a wide range of information available for download to the user's life.
Necessary
UTorrent software
Instructions
Step 1
Start the uTorrent program. First you need to turn off the limitation on the maximum upload speed. Right-click the uTorrent file icon in the file manager - select "Limit upload" - "Unlimited".
Step 2
After that, select the "Settings" - "Configuration" menu or hold down the Ctrl + P key combination on the keyboard.
Step 3
In the window that opens, go to the "Speed" tab:
- go to the group "Global upload rate limiting" - in the "For distributions (Kb / s)" field, enter the value (0). Uncheck "Upload speed with no downloads (Kb / s)";
- go to the "Number of connections" group - in the "Maximum number of connections" field, set the value to 20 - in the "Number of upload slots per torrent" field, specify the number 15.
Step 4
Go to the "Priority" tab:
- in the "Maximum active torrents" group, specify a value of 10 or more;
- in the "Distribute while" group in the "Coefficient" field, specify the value (-1). Check the box "Serves have a higher priority than downloads";
- in the group "Upon completion of the torrent distribution" uncheck the "Limit the distribution to (Kb / s)" checkbox. Click the OK button.
Step 5
Thus, the maximum possible upload speed when using the uTorrent torrent client depends not only on the program settings, but also on other external factors. As a result of your actions, the task of increasing the speed of uTorrent has been completed.
