Start the uTorrent program. First you need to turn off the limitation on the maximum upload speed. Right-click the uTorrent file icon in the file manager - select "Limit upload" - "Unlimited".

- go to the "Number of connections" group - in the "Maximum number of connections" field, set the value to 20 - in the "Number of upload slots per torrent" field, specify the number 15.

Go to the "Priority" tab:
- in the "Maximum active torrents" group, specify a value of 10 or more;
- in the "Distribute while" group in the "Coefficient" field, specify the value (-1). Check the box "Serves have a higher priority than downloads";
- in the group "Upon completion of the torrent distribution" uncheck the "Limit the distribution to (Kb / s)" checkbox. Click the OK button.
