What is UIN?

Password recovery
The UIN cannot be restored. Only the password can be restored (in case the user has forgotten or lost it).
So, in order to recover the password for entering ICQ, you first need to go to the official ICQ website and select the "Password recovery" section. To successfully restore access, you must remember the email address to which the account was registered, the answer to the secret question or the user's phone number that was specified during registration.
To recover your password via e-mail, you need to enter your e-mail and anti-spam code. After a green check mark appears to the right of the fields, you need to press the confirmation button. If a red cross appears, it means that such an e-mail either does not exist, or was written with errors. Make sure the spelling is correct and press the confirm button again. After that, an email with instructions for password recovery will be sent to the specified e-mail. You need to follow the specified link and specify a new password for your account.
If the user knows the answer to the secret question, then in the first field you need to enter your UIN, and in the second - the security code against spam. After confirming the data, a new page will open where you will need to answer a secret question. After the correct answer, the user will be able to set a new password.
And the third option is password recovery using a mobile phone. Now in the first line you need to enter your mobile phone number, and in the second, as usual, the security code from robots. If your phone number is found in the database, an SMS message with a new password will be sent to it.
