An unidentified network is a headache for many home Internet users on computers with the Windows Seven operating system installed. You usually have to fix the problem every time you reboot, but if you have Adobe software installed, you can do it differently.
Instructions
Step 1
To remove the unrecognized network, use the hardware reconnection after each reboot. In most cases, unfortunately, this method is currently the only possible way to access the Internet. The appearance of an unrecognized network in the connections folder of the Windows Seven operating system makes the connection impossible.
Step 2
To do this, go to the device manager, which is located on the "Hardware" tab in the properties of the "My Computer" menu. Find your network card among them and disable it. Then connect the internet. Repeat this sequence every time you restart your computer.
Step 3
Find out if Adobe software is installed on your computer. In most cases, they are present in the form of installed Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Flash Player, and so on.
Step 4
You can check this in the Add or Remove Programs menu in the computer control panel. After that, go to the Program Files directory (it can be named differently depending on the bitness of the system).
Step 5
Open the Bonjour folder and check if it contains files named mDNSResponder.exe and mdnsnsp.dll. These files are installed by Adobe components in order to spy on the client, their removal will not lead to negative consequences, so just select them and press the Shift + Delete key combination.
Step 6
Open the command line through the standard Start menu programs. Enter the following into it: mDNSResponder - remove Note that all actions must be performed with an administrator account. Next, open the Bonjour directory again and rename these two files.
Step 7
Restart your computer, then completely remove this directory from your computer. Then start the command line again and enter: netsh winsock reset Restart your computer, after which the problem with the Internet should be resolved.
