When working on the Internet, the user often has to save passwords from their accounts. Most often, the browser itself offers to save the password, the user can only agree. But storing passwords in the browser is not very secure, so the user may want to delete the saved passwords.

Step 1
Storing passwords in a browser is convenient but unsafe; Trojans have long learned to steal passwords from all popular types of browsers. Considering that stealing a password can bring a lot of problems to the user, when the browser prompts you to save the entered password, you should select the item "Never offer to save the password."
Step 2
What if the passwords have already been saved? They should be removed. If you are working in the Opera browser, to remove the password, select from the menu: "Service" - "Delete personal data". In the warning window that opens, expand the list and select the data that you want to delete in it - they should be marked with checkboxes. To delete passwords, the "Delete saved passwords" line must be checked. Click the "Delete" button, all passwords will be erased.
Step 3
There is another way to remove passwords in Opera, it is useful if you do not want to erase all passwords. Open: "Service" - "General settings" - "Forms". Click the "Passwords" button, select the site in the list for which you want to remove the password, and click the "Remove" button.

If you don't want to re-enter your password every time, you can use a little trick: save an incorrect password in your browser, which differs from the real one by one or two characters. For example, a saved password might be missing one character at the end. In this case, the password will be automatically entered into the form, after which you will only have to add the last character. Alternatively, you can remove the last invalid character and substitute the correct one. Even by stealing the password, a hacker will not be able to use it.

For secure networking, separate your passwords into two types. The first includes passwords that are needed to register on services that are not too important for you. For example, many resources require registration to download programs or view links. You will not cherish such an account, therefore, in such cases, use the standard username and password that you know well and will not forget. Conversely, use complex, non-repeating passwords for mailboxes and other important services.
